From easy to difficult workouts there is a type of exercise for everyone, at any age. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends the average adult should get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week. It is suggested to spread these activities out throughout the week.

A healthy diet is important in preventing future health issues.
